No, you can’t. Out is really out, unfortunately. Through our Twitter and Facebook, we try to provide updates on expected delivery times as best we can.
SHIPPING: Why are the shipping costs so high?
Every parcel we send is handled in accordance with the ADR Class 9 protocol and the P905 packaging instructions. This means that every shipment is provided with an ‘emergency package’ containing the emergency labels. We cannot send parcels without this package. The cost of this ‘emergency package’ is included in the shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME: What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery takes between two and five working days. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within two days, but we can guarantee that it will arrive within two to five working days! If you order on Wednesday (before 2 pm), you will normally receive your order on Thursday or Friday!
PRICES: I want to have 20 distress signals. What does that cost?
On our special page ‘prices’ you will find an extensive overview of the costs and the (graduated) discounts you get from us as standard. You can also always fill your shopping cart, in the cart you will automatically see the total cost with specifications. The shopping cart is automatically emptied by our system after one hour.
PRODUCTS: Do you also sell parachute signals?
We do not currently sell parachute signals. This is due to the regulations governing them. A firearms licence is required for parachute signals, which we do not hold. We may be able to offer this product in the future.
PAPER: I would like to have the safety sheets of the products. Is that possible?
Of course, this is no problem at all! We only sell CE (European quality mark) approved distress signals. All papers of products we sell can be found on this special ‘documentation page’.
PHOUTIVE USE: I’m looking for torches for a championship game! Can I buy them from you guys?
Unfortunately. We sell emergency signals that are intended for emergency situations. These cannot legally be used for other purposes. We are not responsible for incorrect use, but neither should we encourage it. Therefore, we will always refuse to sell products to people who come with this question.
